After initially carefully listening to my wants and my NEEDS for selling my home and lot of 19 years, she formed a thoughtful plan that began with a partial renovation, which minimized my financial expenditure but which maximized my financial return from the sales. This included her knowing and arranging for competent and efficient service trade individuals/contractors, as well as reputable, trustworthy and reliable businesses. This involved interior/exterior painting, door repairs, lighting upgrade/replacement, carpet replacement, wood cabinet restoring, and deck repair/replacement. And she herself was involved with this makeover. That is, in addition to the above, MacKenzie’s effort not only included her PERSONAL hard work on my behalf, but also MacKenzie’s PERSONAL innate inborn intuition. Both of these attributes were underscored as she arranged to bring to the home several different paint and carpet samples, and we compared/contrasted the paint colors against the different carpet samples (and on different weather days) to determine the absolute best scenario match. As my personal situation and abilities did not permit me to be able to do all of this necessary extra ancillary work by myself, MacKenzie’s unparalleled determination for my benefit resulted in total success. After completing the partial renovation, MacKenzie and her team carefully researched the current housing situation in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, including my local street environment, and determined the appropriate sale prices for my home and my lot. They determined that inside staging would be beneficial, and arranged this for me. Both my home and my lot sold for the full asking prices the first day on the real estate market. To summarize, MacKenzie and her team carefully prepared my real estate for the market, and implemented a competitive pricing strategy with professional marketing. MacKenzie should really have been the protagonist of the HGTV show “No Demo Reno”, or MacKenzie should have her own HGTV show.
